Rt. 15 Detour from July 29 to Aug. 5 – Due to the road closure on New Castle Ave., Rt. 15 will be on detour. Bus stops from Basin Rd. at the Penn Mart Shopping Center to the Twin Spans Business Park will be served by a shuttle bus during the detour. The shuttle will pick up riders and transport them to the bus stop on DuPont Highway at the Hess Station to connect with the Rts. 15, 22 & 25. Riders traveling to the City of New Castle or Twin Spans Industrial Park, should board the shuttle across DuPont Highway at Garfield Ave. by the Firehouse.
