Christiana Mall Detour
Due to expected heavy traffic during the holiday season at Christiania Mall, all routes will serve the Park & Ride stop only beginning Friday, November 24, 2023, through Tuesday, January 2, 2024. The Routes 5, 15, and 51 will not serve the Target stop (ID 1711), as well as Route 64 on Sunday.
Additionally, all trips leaving the Christiana Mall on the Routes 44, 51, 54, 55, and 64 will use Mall Road and cross over SR 1, instead of Center Boulevard. The stops near Pier 1 Imports (IDs 3243 and 3244) will be temporarily closed. All buses should enter and leave the Park & Ride (Near Nordstrom) avoiding the Target area where most of the traffic congestion is expected. Refer to the map following affected bus stops.

Concord Mall / ShopRite Detour
Due to expected heavy traffic during the holiday season at the Concord Mall, Route 2 will use a temporary detour through the beginning Friday, November 24, 2023, until Tuesday, January 2, 2024. Refer to the maps following the detours.

Traveling toward Wilmington / Rocky Run Blvd
- Traveling on southbound Concord Pike from Naamans Road, buses will enter the north entrance of Concord Mall with one stop on the north side of the Mall at Boscov’s second entrance.
- Following the bus stop, turn Left and circle back around to exit the Mall.
- Turn Left onto southbound Concord Pike.
- Bear Right into the Brandywine Commons II entrance.
- Right onto Rocky Run Pkwy towards Applebee’s.
- Turn Left to service ShopRite bus stop (ID 69).
- Left on Rocky Run Pkwy to exit Brandywine Commons onto southbound Concord Pike and continue regular route.
Traveling toward Brandywine Town Center
- Traveling on northbound Concord Pike from Wilmington / Rocky Run Blvd, buses will enter the north entrance of Concord Mall with one stop on the north side of the Mall at Boscov’s second entrance.
- Following the bus stop, turn Left and circle back around to exit the Mall.
- Turn Left onto southbound Concord Pike.
- Bear Right into the Brandywine Commons II entrance (Rocky Run Pkwy).
- Right driveway at Burlington Coat Factory to service the bus stop opposite ShopRite (ID 65).
- Continue to the northern exit, using any lane to turn left onto northbound Concord Pike.
- Continue regular route.
